1、Centralized Lubrication System: Bearings adopt a centralized lubrication design, integrating lubrication points for convenient maintenance, extending service life, and enhancing maintainability.

2、Integrated Structure: The machine integrates grid feeding mechanism, pasting main unit, and acid/water spraying device, featuring compact design, high rigidity, and flexible adjustment. The extended distance between the acid spraying roller and machine tail reduces corrosion to the surface dryer's conveying chain. The acid/water spraying mechanism uses all-stainless-steel framing to resist acid corrosion, prolong service life, and minimize iron ion interference during pasting.

3、Independent Speed Regulation: The grid feeding mechanism enables stepless speed adjustment for wider application, paired with vacuum adsorption feeding to prevent grid deformation.
