The fully automatic lead shielding casting center is equipped with automatic lead melting and lead supply systems, automatic heating systems, automatic temperature measurement systems, automatic cooling systems, automatic transfer systems and other devices.

Realize the one-time continuous casting and automatic control of layer-by-layer cooling of lead-shielded containers in a sealed environment, eliminating defects such as faults and slag inclusions in the lead shielding layer. The maximum single casting volume can reach 60 tons.

Radioactive source testing: Based on the testing, use the corresponding radioactive source to conduct radioactive source testing on the lead cylinder to confirm that the product can meet the design requirements, and issue a testing report.
